Building Description

True North University Place is an architecturally beautiful 6 story elevator building located at 26 East 13th Street, one block south of Union Square. Originally constructed in 1893, it has a striking Beaux Arts façade of blind balustrades and polished granite columns by architects De Lemos & Cordes, who also designed Macy’s Herald Square.
