As a native New Yorker, Todd's knowledge of New York City real estate combined with over 20 years of experience as an innovative and accomplished marketing professional provide his clients unrivaled insight and guidance achieving their goals.
After many years providing executive leadership at a tech startup and operating a boutique NYC marketing agency, Todd began to explore opportunities in real estate investment and development. It quickly became apparent to Todd that his interest in real estate was much more than simple fascination and was a clear next step in the evolution of his career.
Driven by a belief that leasing, buying or selling a home is a very personal business, Todd approaches every client relationship with professional skill, genuine care and individualized attention. Leveraging his executive leadership, coaching and business development expertise and employing progressive methods of marketing, negotiation and collaboration, Todd maximizes his clients' potential for success finding or selling their home or investment property.
Outside of his work in real estate, Todd is a dedicated practitioner of Jeet Kune Do, the martial art developed by Bruce Lee in the 1960s. As a lifelong musician, Todd enjoys playing and writing music while refining his skill playing guitar, bass, piano, trumpet, drums, harmonica, ukulele, banjo and the pots and pans in his kitchen. When not training in martial arts or playing music, Todd spends his time inspired- creating culinary treats for his friends and family or away from the city hiking in the mountains. Todd is actively qualifying for membership to the Catskill 3500 club and aspires to summit Kilimanjaro in the spring of 2017.
